A skilled HGV Service Advisor is required to join our Commercial Service Team at Hunter Knight Recruitment Ltd in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen interest in commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and friendliness
  • Managing WIPs, scheduling services, and communicating with customers about vehicle progress
  • Clarifying repair options for customers and the workshop, promoting additional workshop services, and identifying parts needed for WIPs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proven organisational and administration skills
  • Problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
