Job Title: Community Trustee

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly respected and experienced individual to join our Board of Trustees. As a Community Trustee, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver our strategy and achieve future growth.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic plan
  • Provide guidance and support to our team
  • Represent NRG in a professional and positive manner
  • Participate in Board meetings and subgroups

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record as a senior executive or business owner
  • Highly respected in their field
  • Excellent cross-sector networking and able to bring connections to NRG
  • Strategic thinker with leadership skills
  • Keen interest in supporting young people to achieve their potential
  • Willingness to lead or support in subgroup activity

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience as a Chair / Board Member / Trustee
  • Specific skills in the areas of Education and Training, Marketing and Comms, HR, Health

Time Commitment: The Board holds meetings every 8 weeks, for up to 2 hours.
