Job Description

The Community Resuscitation Development Officer will strategically plan and develop a sustainable infrastructure that supports Emergency Life Support training and coordinate the delivery of a range of courses in Emergency Life Support Skills.

You will educate, train, and support the community in heart health initiatives and Community First Responder schemes in order to maximize impact in community resuscitation.

Key responsibilities include planning, developing and managing community resuscitation initiatives, developing existing and new Community First Responder and Co-responder Teams, and participating in the recruitment process of new Community First responders in line with the trust policies and procedures.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a full driving licence.
