Cakewalk is a rapidly growing startup in the Identity & Access Management software space. We are seeking a Post-Sales Professional to join our team in London and contribute to the growth of our business.
As a Founding Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing post-sales strategies to drive customer growth and expansion.
- Designing and implementing customer engagement programs to support customers and track success.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B post-sales role with a proven track record of success.
- Possess a growth mindset and be comfortable challenging your own ideas and those of others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
