Community Wound Management Team Lead

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Tissue Viability Nurse, you will work closely with the community teams, inpatient units, and primary healthcare staff to promote high-quality wound care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting community teams, inpatient units, and primary healthcare staff with the management of patients with complex and/or chronic wounds
- Assisting with the development and delivery of educational programs to promote best practice in wound care
- Providing wound care advice and support to patients and staff
