We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join our Inflight Retail team at easyJet. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail marketing and customer experience to develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to support the launch of new products and services, as well as improving existing ones. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as CRM, Digital, and Web and App Content teams, to bring to life marketing campaigns and creative assets for our Inflight offering.

You will also be responsible for analyzing customer insights and turning them into clear implementation plans to drive brilliant customer experiences and revenue for the business. This includes owning commercial KPIs and driving the marketing strategy and implementation plan for IFR Order to Seat and Pre-Order based on customer, market, and competitor insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support product launches and service improvements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring marketing campaigns and creative assets to life
  • Analyze customer insights and turn them into clear implementation plans
  • Own commercial KPIs and drive revenue growth
  • Drive the marketing strategy and implementation plan for IFR Order to Seat and Pre-Order
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 4-5 years' experience working in a marketing team, either Client or Agency-side, on a large consumer brand, ideally in a retail capacity
  • An understanding of the marketing campaign process from planning to measurement
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience delivering retail marketing content with proven commercial success
  • Ability to interpret customer insights and turn them into clear implementation plans
  • Resilient, organized, and able to react to a constantly changing and dynamic environment
