About the Role:

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of 16+ Study Centre Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the 16+ Study Centre to ensure that all students receive the support they need to learn effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the 16+ Study Centre team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Principal for 16+ and other senior leaders to align the 16+ Study Centre with the overall vision and goals of the academy.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the 16+ Study Centre, including staff supervision and student support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with young people, particularly in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage behaviour and conduct of students.
  • Strong IT skills and experience using information management systems.
  • High level of verbal and written communication standards.
  • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines.
