As Assistant Shop Manager Lead, you will support the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the shop, including leading a team of volunteers and staff, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the shop's daily operations
  • Lead a team of volunteers and staff
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Contribute to the development of team members

Requirements:
  • Experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager
