Job Title: Assistant Payroll Manager

We are looking for an experienced payroll professional to fill this critical role at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As an Assistant Payroll Manager, you will oversee junior team members and ensure the efficient processing of client-based payrolls.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Allocate and prioritize client payroll tasks within own and client's team.
  2. Lead payroll processing efforts during busy periods.
  3. Monitor and review the payroll work performed by team members.
  4. Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the organization.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in payroll processing and preferably hold a background in accountancy or a similar field. We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
