Join our dynamic School Nursing team in Sandwell and West Birmingham as a School Nurse Community Health Specialist.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a community setting and develop your community knowledge and skills. As a member of the School Nursing team, you will be responsible for providing health promotion and illness prevention services to the local population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a member of the School Nursing team
  • Participate in health needs assessments
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with this grade of post
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a registered first-level nurse qualification, evidence of continuing professional development (CPD), and teaching qualifications (ENB 997/998 or D32/33). Relevant experience and excellent clinical and professional engagement skills are also essential.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
