Paint Finish Expert
Motability Operations Careers is seeking a skilled Paint Finish Expert to join our team. As a Paint Finish Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional paint finishes on our vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in the automotive industry.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the cosmetic team leads to achieve goals and ensure that vehicles are accurately repaired to Motability standards. Key responsibilities include repairing and enhancing paint by blocking and polishing panels, de-nibbing paint defects, and completing final machine polish. We require someone who is experienced in using the latest methods for paint finishing and has a strong understanding of automotive refinishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional paint finishes on vehicles
- Collaborate with the cosmetic team leads to achieve goals
- Develop and maintain high-quality paint finishes

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive refinishing
- Strong understanding of automotive refinishing techniques
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
