Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team at Motability Operations in Coalville, Leicestershire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective paint and repair techniques to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paint Sprayer or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
