About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated MDT Facilitator and Tracker to join our team at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. This is a full-time role that will involve facilitating multi-disciplinary team meetings, tracking patient pathways, and ensuring compliance with national standards.

The successful candidate will have experience working in the NHS environment, preferably in a patient-facing role. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work logically with great attention to detail, and have strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate MDT meetings to ensure effective discussion and decision-making
  • Track patient pathways to ensure compliance with national standards
  • Liaise with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Support teams in collecting evidence, documentation, and/or data for the National Peer Review Programme

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive secondary education with minimum of 5 GCSEs or relevant experience
  • ECDL qualification
  • Experience working across organisational boundaries and tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
