About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Health Psychological Services Lead to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Health Psychological Services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Clinical Health Psychological Services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for patients.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Work closely with other teams and services to ensure seamless care pathways for patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Trust-wide policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Doctorate-level qualification in clinical psychology or counselling psychology.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience of working in a clinical health psychological setting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
