As a Venue Sales Manager for Ortel Limited, you will lead and oversee a team of sales professionals responsible for driving revenue growth and sales of EE broadband products. Your role will include setting sales targets, training and mentoring sales teams, ensuring sales goals are met, and representing the Ortel brand and the EE franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration in the designated area.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and provide strategic feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales targets.
