We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Health Club Receptionist at The Goodwood Estate. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-touch experience for our members and guests.
- Assist with Health Club and Spa enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our Front of House, including housekeeping tasks and membership tours.
- Deliver a duty of care to our customers, with a strong awareness of Health and Safety.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a high-quality experience.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within a Health and Wellbeing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely information.
