Operations Analyst - London, UK

GFO-X, a UK FCA-authorised and regulated MTF, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our growing team in London. Our company is dedicated to providing a regulated, institutional-grade trading venue for digital asset derivatives, including bitcoin index futures and options.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for working on a rotation across the eight pillars within operations, including Market Operations, Client Onboarding, Product, Regulatory Reporting, Relationship Management, Management Information, Control and Fees, and Invoicing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn on the job about financial markets, market structure, centralized clearing via a CCP, use of technology, data structures, and financial products traded by global institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance, science, maths, technology, or business administration, and no more than 5-7 years of total work experience. They will have good organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and high analytical skills with attention to detail. The candidate will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, with proficiency in VBA, Excel, macros, SQL Query coding, and Microsoft software suite.

This role is based at our office in London and will report directly to our Operations Manager.
