Account Manager, Commercial

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our retail sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across all product categories and sales channels through retention and growth of existing customers and development of new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Travel to meet with customers and stakeholders, requiring a clean driving license.
  • Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and experience in a similar role.

Requirements

Normal working hours are 37.5 per week over five days, with occasional overtime to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a high level of self-motivation, be a strategic thinker, and have exceptional customer service and a professional attitude.
