Account Manager, Commercial

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our retail sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales across all product categories and sales channels through retention and growth of existing customers and development of new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customers and key business executives and stakeholders
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Travel to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- High level of self-motivation and organization
- Strategic thinking and ability to understand customer needs
- Exceptional customer service and professional attitude
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Valid driving license and experience in a similar role
