As a Graduate Scientist, you will be part of our two-year programme, working on laboratory or data-based projects that challenge you to apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills. You will rotate through different departments, gaining exposure to various projects and building your professional network.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment. They will also be committed to delivering high-quality results and contributing to community benefit activities.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive starting salary of £32,000, annual pay reviews, 27 days annual leave, and a pension scheme with a minimum 5% employer contribution.
