About the Job

You will work with a diverse range of customers, conducting telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments. Your expertise and skills will be used to produce a factual report that helps the DWP make informed decisions about benefit eligibility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in physiotherapy">
  • A minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations">
