Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase visibility of our services online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
  • Craft compelling and persuasive copy for various platforms, including website, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, and advertising
  • Design and produce engaging visual content, including graphics and videos, using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system, including creating and editing workflows, automations, and segmentations to improve client and candidate engagement
  • Oversee the management of our website using WordPress, including content updates, landing page creation, and ensuring the site is optimized for performance and user experience
  • Monitor, track, and report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance
  • Manage both paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate leads
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive role, preferably within the recruitment or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in executing SEO strategies
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools for graphic and video production
  • Experience managing CRM systems, with a strong understanding of creating and editing workflows and automations
  • Experience managing content on CMS platforms, with a preference for WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website management
