Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team at JS Legal Recruitment Ltd. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing legal and commercial advice to our clients, ensuring that their business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and commercial advice: Assist our clients in navigating complex legal matters, focusing on contractual arrangements, terms and conditions, consumer disputes, insurance issues, and property-related matters.
  • Drive business growth: Collaborate with our clients' teams to provide legal and commercial advice during discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring that their business operations are optimized for growth and success.
  • Ensure compliance: Work closely with our clients' Compliance and HR teams to keep corporate policies, processes, and precedents up-to-date and in line with current regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor: Experience in both in-house and/or private practice settings.
  • Experience: Experience in corporate, commercial, and consumer law.
  • Contract Expertise: Proven ability to draft and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts.
  • Litigation Skills: Experience in litigation is preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information into actionable legal strategies.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal jargon into practical, workable solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to operate independently.
