The Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in identifying strategic business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and developing account plans to drive commercial growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Deepening client relationships and ensuring CCL Academy is the go-to choice for compliance training
  • Developing and executing account plans to maximize commercial opportunities
  • Achieving sales growth targets across your portfolio of accounts
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify broader business opportunities
  • Developing your knowledge and understanding of compliance for financial services firms

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales-led account management
  • Sales experience within financial services, SaaS, compliance, or learning solutions
  • A willingness and capability to develop a deep understanding of compliance for the financial services industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies
  • The right to work in the UK without Visa support
