In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of library and information services at the University of Suffolk, developing and implementing new initiatives and projects that align with our strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement new initiatives and projects in collections management and information literacy.
2. Work with staff and students to develop learning resources, supporting skills development and building strong relationships across the university.
3. Provide expert advice and guidance on information and digital literacies, delivering face-to-face and online resources, workshops, and one-to-ones.
Requirements
- Strong background in librarianship or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
