Commercial Operations Lead

Aimtru Brands is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our commercial operations, managing internal projects, and third-party relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, and implement strategies to optimize business processes and drive growth.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate internal projects related to commercial operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Third-Party Relationship Management: Oversee relationships with key external partners, including 3PL warehouse, Retail Sales Distributor, Contract Manufacturers, Suppliers, and others.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a consumer goods or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record in managing projects and third-party relationships.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations and omnichannel retail.
  • Experience in overseeing contracts and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Adaptability and ability to wear multiple hats in a growing business.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
