We require a skilled and experienced marine pilot to join our team at Seaham Harbour. As a member of the UK Harbour Masters' Association, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe passage of vessels and upholding maritime safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guarantee the safe passage of vessels entering and leaving the harbour.
  2. Hold a minimum STCW OOW certificate of competency.
  3. Possess relevant ship handling experience (advantageous but not essential).
  4. Hold a valid driving licence.
  5. Display excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
  6. Possess an ENG1 Medical Certificate.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, along with ongoing training and development opportunities.
