Auto Skills UK is seeking an experienced Vehicle Body Repair Specialist to join our team in Uxbridge. As a Vehicle Body Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles according to the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
  • Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Served a recognized apprenticeship as a MET Technician/Strip Fitter and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ/VCQ/SVQ/ATA).
  • Previous experience working as a MET Technician/Strip Fitter within a busy body shop.
  • Strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week.
  • Opportunity to earn overtime pay, increasing the total annual earnings to £62,000.
  • Choice of working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 11am-7pm, or Monday to Thursday, 6pm-6am, with a shift allowance.
