Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Medical Centre Staff Member to join our team at Ad Warrior Careers. This role requires a high level of organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with nurses to provide administrative support to the Medical Centre during evening and overnight shifts;
  • Ensure accurate and timely handovers and record-keeping;
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills in recording baseline observations and interacting with students;

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and external partners;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to a positive school culture;

  • An estimated salary range of £10,013-£10,166 per annum, pro rata, with an allowance for holiday pay;
