About the Role:
  • Support and Inspire: Work with students in classroom, 1:1, and small group settings to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Diverse Learning Opportunities: Engage with students in a variety of settings to provide individualized support that truly makes a difference.
  • Enhance Student Potential: Work closely with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) to provide support that enhances students' learning plans.

  • Desirable but Not Essential: Previous experience supporting young people with additional learning needs or SEN.
