LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mental Health Tribunal Panel Member to join their expanding Mental Health Team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity within a supportive environment that prioritises flexibility and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload Management: Effectively handle a personal caseload of mental health law files, meeting fee-earning targets and ensuring adherence to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
  • Compliance Oversight: Meet fee-earning targets and ensure adherence to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

The Mental Health Team operates primarily in a remote working model. Candidates should be comfortable working independently from home and demonstrate strong organisational skills and self-motivation.

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual with substantial experience in representing clients in mental health law cases. The ideal candidate will have a current membership in the Law Society's Mental Health Tribunal Panel.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
