We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to take on a Childcare Manager position with our client, a well-established provider of complex care packages in the Dorset area. This role will involve delivering high-quality care to individuals and managing a team of carers.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering tailored care plans for each service user
  • Effectively managing multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
  • Providing ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs

The successful candidate must possess a supportive management style, advanced communication skills, and up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators. A full UK driving licence is also essential.

Requirements
  • RSCN qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that brings out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
