This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £23,260 per annum (£11.17 hourly rate), depending on qualification and experience. As a Residential Childcare Professional, you will work with children and young people, providing individual care packages and promoting their welfare.

We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain positive relationships with the young people, promote safeguarding, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. A full UK driving licence and car are required for this role. The benefits package includes a sleep-in allowance of £64 per night, holiday accrual, meals on duty, promotion opportunities, and monthly supervisions.
