We're seeking a skilled Payroll Data Analyst to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As a key member of our payroll team, you'll play a vital role in analyzing payroll data, identifying errors, and providing insights to drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the payroll team in analyzing large datasets and identifying trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track payroll performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize payroll operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payroll data analysis.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA programming languages.
  • Experience working with payroll systems such as ADP Global View or SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
