Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced property management specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the management and maintenance of the park's estate and facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and accessible to visitors.
With the value of national parks having been highlighted to be more relevant than ever in helping address some of the greatest challenges facing society, from action on climate change, accessibility for all, and supporting people's health and well-being, it's a great time to be part of our organisation making a real impact.
About you:
- You will have a professional qualification in a property management related discipline or significant experience.
- You will have an excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and experience of health and safety issues relating to the work of a public authority.
- Experience in the practical management of public sites and buildings with a sound knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Experience of contracting services including production, tendering, managing and monitoring of contracts.
- Proven budget management experience.
- Experience of managing and developing a portfolio of sites in a commercial environment.
