About the Role

  • Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion with precision and attention to detail
  • Generate and book valuations for sales and lettings, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate sales and lettings, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Proven track record in negotiating sales and lettings, with a strong understanding of the property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to carry out accompanied viewings and provide exceptional customer service
