Job Title: Support Worker - Hemsworth

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in Hemsworth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals who live in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with care and support needs, enabling them to maintain independence and engage in their local community.
  • Encourage and support individuals to work towards their outcomes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our company values and policies.
Requirements:
  • Male applicants who hold a full UK driving license (no need for a personal vehicle).
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when interacting with individuals.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
