The role is instrumental in establishing and implementing a cutting-edge FP&A toolkit, enhancing forecasting, business planning, and performance reporting across the organisation.

The initial contract duration is 6 months, offering a competitive day rate of £500-£575 (Outside IR35). This dynamic position is based in Central London, with a flexible hybrid working model.

Job Description

This critical role focuses on developing and implementing financial models and frameworks to boost operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

  1. Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with commercial leaders to create actionable business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  2. KPI Development: Lead the creation of a revised KPI framework to measure and monitor performance across revenue streams.
  3. Resource Allocation Framework: Establish methodologies for optimising consultant resource allocation based on commercial value and priorities.
  4. Forecasting & Planning: Build dynamic financial models for scenario planning, budgeting, and forecasting, offering actionable insights.
Your Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  1. Advanced Excel modelling skills, with a proven history of developing complex financial models.
  2. A solid understanding of FP&A principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
