This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Support Assistant in Banstead. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with colleagues and service users
- Work with service users to identify their strengths, needs, and preferences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform care planning and decision-making
Requirements
- Good general education
- Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Commitment to the aims and objectives of Ivolve Group
- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
- A commitment to undertake training and development
