Financial Transactions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Manager to join our team at Viamaster. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial transactions and records, with a focus on sales and purchase ledger management, bank receipts and payments, credit control, and supplier account reconciliation.
- Sales and Purchase Ledger Management: Maintain accurate records of sales and purchase transactions.
- Bank Receipts and Payments: Control and monitor bank transactions, reconcile bank statements.
- Credit Control: Implement effective credit control procedures, monitor customer accounts, chase overdue payments, and manage credit limits.
- Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts: Reconcile supplier accounts, stay up-to-date with exchange rates, and minimize associated risks.
- Reporting: Produce detailed cost and sales reports using financial systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and Sage Line 50 is required.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and previous experience in a similar role are essential.
- A good knowledge of bookkeeping practices is necessary for success in this position.
