Head Chef Opportunity

The King's Head Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and drive sales growth.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing training and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food costs, maintaining a high level of profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, costing, and stock control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and efficient demeanor.
  • Level 3 food safety certificate and HACCP experience.
