Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Cleaning team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Supervise and train cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the site, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Undertake cleaning duties as required, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our standards are being met, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report any health and safety issues or concerns to the Site Manager.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures, with the ability to identify and report any issues or concerns.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, furniture, and rubbish.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment as supplied.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

Skills and Abilities:

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • Experience of working in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience of cleaning duties, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures, with the ability to identify and report any issues or concerns.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, furniture, and rubbish.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment as supplied.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
