About the Role:
We are in search of a highly skilled and proactive Mechanical CAD Specialist. This role is essential for driving innovation and enhancing product design. If you are prepared to leverage your design expertise to make a substantial impact, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative products, while improving existing designs utilizing 2D and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Collaborate with manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, mold creation, prototype fabrication, and assembly.
- Create comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed assembly instructions.
- Engage closely with the sales team to fulfill and surpass client expectations.

Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
- Expertise in 2D & 3D CAD, especially SolidWorks.
- Ability to produce clear and precise technical drawings for presentations and production purposes.
- Experience with lightweight fabricated components, hinges and fasteners, bonding and joining techniques, sheet metal fabrication, GRP molding, and thermoforming processes is highly preferred.
- Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
- A valid driving license is beneficial but not essential.
