Our two-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a fast-paced project management environment. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, receive ongoing support from skilled mentors, and gain exposure to various areas of our business.

As a Project Management Graduate, you'll be responsible for supporting projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements. You'll work closely with project teams to assist in the delivery of project objectives, monitor and engage in relevant Health, Safety, and Wellbeing standards, and assist in the preparation and modification of project plans.

You'll also have the opportunity to work towards gaining professional membership of a professional association, fully funded and supported by us. Depending on your existing qualifications and career goals, options include the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Association of Project Management (APM), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

About You

We're looking for a future or recent graduate with a Part 2 RIBA accredited bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural Design or CIAT accredited bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology. You'll need 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).

As a Project Management Graduate, you'll be expected to travel frequently to different project sites or Mace offices. A positive and adaptable approach to travel is therefore essential, as it may be a regular part of your role. To support this, Mace offers travel expense reimbursements for business travel, including mileage, public transport fares, and, where necessary, accommodation.
