About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our 2025 Graduate Programme, designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in project management. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients and communities.

  • Support project teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop effective solutions
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project plans, ensuring they're up-to-date and relevant
  • Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Develop your skills in project coordination, communication, and problem-solving

About You

We're looking for a future or recent graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for project management. You'll need:

  • A Part 2 RIBA accredited bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural Design or CIAT accredited bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology
  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications)

As a Mace graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from iconic skyscrapers to state-of-the-art data centres. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
