  9. To establish strong relationships with outside professionals, including healthcare providers and social services.

  11. To implement the safer recruitment process, ensuring that all staff members undergo thorough background checks.
  12. To manage staff rotas and attendance records, ensuring that we meet the required standards.
  13. To develop and implement policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to staff members.
  14. To prioritize the physical health and well-being of children within the nursery, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and attention.
