We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Director - South West Region to join our team at Aggregate Industries UK Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive sustainable growth and lead innovation in the Aggregates and Asphalt industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our asphalt and aggregate materials across your region.

About the Role:

  • Spearhead sampling, testing, and analysis to ensure everything meets customer, national, and European standards.
  • Identify trends and address any non-conformities to drive quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with customers to investigate complaints, provide advice, and uncover opportunities for new product development.
  • Promote sustainability by contributing to initiatives that align with our Circular Economy and CDM strategies.
  • Cultivate and mentor your team, helping them grow and perform at their best.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate expertise and leadership skills to inspire and develop your team.
  • Foster a collaborative environment while championing sustainability and innovation.
  • Bring significant experience in quarry and asphalt operations, including deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Excel at leading teams, motivating them to achieve their best while maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Stay passionate about sustainability and have a strong grasp of CDM and Circular Economy principles.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers.

Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus bonus, 25 days holiday + local bank holidays, and other benefits.
