Social Interest Group (SIG) is committed to empowering individuals with marginalised backgrounds through innovative partnerships and solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Psychological Assessment and Intervention Specialist to join our team in a challenging yet rewarding role.

The successful candidate will work within a 27-bed residential facility catering to individuals with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnoses. As a Practitioner Psychologist, you will develop and deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions to facilitate resident rehabilitation and reintegration.

This role presents a valuable opportunity to impact the lives of individuals with complex forensic mental health needs in a creative and dynamic environment. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence and contribute to the strategic direction of our services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Referral, assessment, and care planning MDT working
  • Risk assessment, formulation, and management responsibilities ongoingly
  • Clinical caseload where appropriate - 1:1 and group
  • Reflective practice lead for staff on-site
  • Cross working across a service that has 4 sites

We offer a generous salary package of £55,000 per annum, inclusive of additional benefits such as:
