Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at The Londoner. As a key member of our pastry brigade, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Chefs in implementing our signature concept, directing the junior team, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Chefs in implementing our signature concept and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Direct the junior team to ensure a high level of food execution in the restaurant.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate passion and culinary standards within a rosette-standard operation.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
