Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll process, including the calculation and reconciliation of monthly PAYE/NI payments to HMRC.
- Financial Administration: Manage the preparation of Sage Accounts input and information for monthly reports, ensuring all reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Banking and Cash Flow: Handle general day-to-day banking and accounts queries, maintain daily cash flow figures from HSBC, and report to the Finance Director.
- Benefits Administration: Act as an interface between the pension provider and staff, ensuring all benefits are administered correctly and efficiently.
- Insurance and Risk Management: Maintain the Insurance MID database for any changes to cars, and handle general insurance-related queries.
- Reporting and Compliance: Produce quarterly VAT returns, and ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Proven experience in payroll and accounts management.
